Loop Versioning: How to Update a Live Loop Without Breaking Running Iterations

Use loop versioning to deploy changes to a loop definition while in-flight iterations continue on the previous version.

When you update a loop definition that is actively processing iterations, the new version takes effect immediately for any iteration that has not yet started. Iterations already in progress continue on the version they started with. LoopCraft now supports explicit loop versioning. Each loop definition gets a version number that increments on save. When you deploy a new version, you can choose to let in-flight iterations finish on the old version or cancel them and restart on the new version. Use versioning when your loop processes long-running batches and you need to deploy a fix without waiting for the current batch to finish. Available at https://getloopcraft.com — sapsap@qq.com.
